These new rhythms? I designed them. After years of working one-on-one with pumping parents, tracking what works, what doesn’t, and what we wished our pumps could do… we finally got a platform powerful enough to make it happen.

🛠️ What’s So Special About These Rhythms?

1️⃣ Classic Power Pump

The tried-and-true 20/10/10 format—now automated and wearable! This is perfect for boosting supply when you have a full hour to commit (even hands-free!). Great for driving up prolactin with targeted stimulation breaks—without babysitting your pump.

2️⃣ Quick Power Pump

Only got 40 minutes? You’re not alone. This shorter power pump delivers the same hormonal benefits in less time, and it’s gentler on sore nipples. It’s a win-win if you’re low on time or pumping on the go.

3️⃣ 30-30-30 Rhythm

Based on the increasingly popular technique of 30 minutes pumping, 30-minute break, then 30 more. I’ve programmed it to run in 5-minute stimulation/expression intervals to optimize letdowns—perfect for wearables like Eufy.

⚠️ Note: Because of the long break between sessions, be extra careful with bra fit and pump alignment—especially if you're prone to sore nipples or flange shifting.

4️⃣ Stretch Less, Milk More

For my elastic nipple friends—this one’s for you. We’re not trying to drive supply here—we’re trying to minimize nipple trauma by inserting intentional pauses. Think stimulation, expression, rest... and repeat. If your tissue stretches progressively no matter how dialed in your flange fit is? This is your new rhythm.

5️⃣ Natural But Softer

Inspired by Eufy’s original “Natural” program—but toned down. Same 5-minute intervals, minus the long pull that can feel intense at higher suction levels. This one’s great for those who love the feel of stimulation/expression rotations but want it a little gentler.

These rhythms are clinical-grade templates—designed to be effective, comfortable, and adaptable. But they aren’t the final word. Everyone’s body responds differently, and the new DIY programming tool lets you tweak suction, timing, and pauses with way more control than ever before.
