Virtual Breastfeeding Consult designed to assess your breastfeeding goals, address issues that are impeding your ability to meet these goals, and creating a sustainable care plan to make sure you are successful in your breastfeeding relationship.
This consult is appropriate for all parents who are nursing, pumping, supplementing feeds, or any combination of these.

Breastfeeding Prenatal Consult

Get breastfeeding off to a good start! This prenatal consult takes a look at your previous breastfeeding experience, provides education about breastfeeding management, and creates a personalized care plan to help you meet your goals.
Follow-Up care through phone, video, or messaging for one month after baby arrives included.
If a situation arises where you need an additional full consult after your baby arrives to address breastfeeding challenges, you will have access to discounted consult prices.
Follow-Up Consult

45 minute follow up phone or video consult.
Includes an additional two weeks of follow up support.

Weaning Consultation
$180
- Discuss your goals and timeline for weaning
- Discuss the impact of weaning on your mental health

Breast Pump Flange Sizing Services
Genuine Lactation does offer Breast Pump Flange Sizing Services. Sizing is done exclusively with the Genuine Lactation L-shaped Nipple Ruler available for free download or to be mailed for a small fee. There are three sizing services offered based on your needs.
Not all sizing services involve a live session!

All services now include a free resizing during your follow-up period to assure success with pumping.

Prenatal Flange Sizing
$60
Sizing done after 36 weeks of pregnancy, and again 10-14 days after your baby arrives. and at six weeks postpartum.
Initial session is a phone/video session and follow ups are provided by secure chat with no-live session.
Prenatal sizing sets you up for success by getting you measured precisely when you need it regardless of when your baby decides to arrive.
If you are unable to get a prenatal flange sizing appointment, (since they fill up quickly) do not worry. Just schedule a Standard Flange Sizing for 2 weeks postpartum and you will be just fine!
Get pumping off to a good start and avoid flange sizing issues from day one!
Standard Flange Sizing
$30-60
Get sized to make pumping work for you! No need to guess and hope for the best, I will get you set up for successful pumping! You will receive flange sizing recommendations for all available pumps on the market.
Not appropriate for clients dealing with pain and nipple damage.
Sizing with Chat Support has no live session, results will be sent in a report within 24 hours of your selected slot.
Video and Phone sessions have livetime support at your selected time, with your report coming right before or after the selected time.
Automatic Resizing included with all sizing services by chat support- no live session for resizing. Resizing done within 30 days of original session.
If you return your forms quickly, your appointment may be moved up sooner to allow for more people to get help if you have selected the chat sizing service.
Pain & Damage Sizing
$120
If your nipples are damaged, and you are in pain, it will take more than a measurement to fix your situation successfully.
This service will help you find the cause of the damage, create a care plan to treat it, and move on to a better pumping experience.
Initial session by phone or video chat, with 3 follow up sizings to monitor your progress by chat support (no live sessions)
